Here is my submission to the 2005 hooping.org Film Festival, for those of you with QuickTime. Two minutes of hoop dance, followed by short tutorials, so downloading may take a few minutes! (Sorry about the unreadable type in the video - compression for speed isn't great for text size!)
This is another hoop dance clip, about a minute long, also filmed at the ScotiaBank Dance Centre but with less back-lighting! It is in Windows Media Format.
